I became bf/gf with the last girl i poasted who everyone was saying to wife up. Things were going excellent for 2 months but apparently she's a fearful avoidant and 1 day she was telling me how excited she was for INSERT LONG TERM PLANS to breaking up 24 hrs later.
It kinda threw me for a loop and i stopped dating for 3 months till i moved back to the intermountain west. Went snowboarding, was feeling good, went to the hot tub drank a couple beers and fired up HINGE and for once put a modicum of effort into it in terms of opening lines and just started mass spamming any chick who was decently hot. Prior to that point i had dabble since the break up but only swiping which yielded zero results and the quality got progressively worst till i deleted it.
So this time around i started putting witty one liners and updated my main profile pic. Within 12 hrs i had like 8 matches, within 24 i had 15. Now I'm a little over a week out and have over 30 active and that's after a number have been culled. Here are the existing front runners... Unfortunately i had to cut out faces because its inappropriate to even post their pics at all when they're just looking for love and many of them are mainly their faces, but all of them are minimum 8/10 faces, some very close to model quality. I'm not into the RSF types normally although they are hot as shit also. I just prefer the down to earth outdoorsy chicks.
Thus far i've continued with my 100% first date to second date ratio. Meaning any girl I can get to go on a first date with me im always able to get 2nd, 3rd, 4th date. Since the one chick on SA who rejected me with the super autistic kid and issues i've had zero rejections.
To be clear I haven't returned to SA since the initial 3 mo post divorce period and all chicks have been organic dating apps and the quality has actually been significantly better at this point. The algo is very real and now that my roster is completely full im just getting flooded with super hot chicks and the matches are continuing to get better and better. It's no wonder everyone is single in modern america. This shit is deeply unhealthy and actively discourages LTRs.

I can only speak for myself but I had no fucking clue who I was at 20-25. I was filled with insecurities, anger/spite, emotionally unavailable and not really in touch with what I wanted out of life except make money and be successful. I’m a much fuller and happier person now at 40 and have a good handle on what I want out of life and a relationship hence where I’m at now.
The thing I look for is whether they had 1-2 long term (greater than 3 yr) relationships that didn’t work out for whatever reason and what they learned. That says more to me than anything. Women that have never been in a LTR that long have issues and should be avoided. But plenty of ppl get into semi unhealthy relationships in their early to mid 20s because they’re repeating familiar unhealthy patterns or haven’t really figured themselves out and then those don’t work out long term and rather than just getting married and being stuck in a forced unhealthy unhappy marriage they get out.
If they learned from it that’s far healthier than just going along and getting married just because. And honestly most of my friends who were married to organic gfs in their mid 20s are unhappy. |

Or in the case of women, it's just a way to escape accountability while feeling like you're doing something. The act of therapy itself becomes something to brag about. It gives them some sort of weird status in their minds. |

So yes life is good and I walked away financially in pretty decent shape. TBF she got several million in assets after never making more than 40k a year during the length of the marriage and never working more than 3 days a week. |

The house is an extremely high cost of living area and in an extremely desireable location (you can walk to restaurants, bars, open space trails, etc) so it's not particularly large (1500 sq ft) with tons of outdoor areas with heaters, fireplaces, tvs outside and inside. We hung out with our neighbors frequently so she has a built in community.
It's overall a great place for her to end up and even though she is apparently still filled with anger and rage (according to mutual friends who after a year are actually coming back over to me), I really do wish her nothing but peace, happiness and stability. i did a bunch of dating poasts with pics when i was post-divorce slutting it up (e.g. vodka gf.) partially because i was pleasantly suprised with how great my options were, especially when you read a bunch of shit here and elsewhere about how impossible modern dating is. i think what you're doing is a good PSA for the unhapppily married normal dudes who probably mostly lurk.
there's also the trope of millhouses dad divorcees -- guys who squander a good marriage out of ego and thinking there will be better options. nobody wants to be that guy. but ime as a weird-lookng, non-chad dude meeting a fairly low threshold of fitness, success, and personality = the world is your oyster. |

I did have an affair like 3-4 years before separation with a raging alcoholic that i ran off to for 6 months but then we rekindled and that prompted my individual therapeutic journey (life changing in many ways) and couples therapy (which was a disaster lol). |

I do have one funny anecdote. Approximately a month after separating I ordered a massive bottle of lube because one of the girls i was fucking loved anal, and inadvertently had it delivered to her parents house lol.
I didn't know at the time but they had apparently opened it and taped it back up. It came up in the divorce mediation and my attorney was like yeah so what he was getting laid and why were they opening his mail, that's a crime? LJL |
