It's close to 2 acres but that's sort of fake, the lot is long & skinny so you don't really pick up any privacy, you just have a long driveway. It's right next to an obnoxious number of condos. Your beach has an ugly fence to keep the proles away.
Might actually be "worth" it though. Obviously its a tear-down at some point. But it's one of the safer plays in spendy real estate. |
