My point wasn't that everything in India is nigga, its that the nigga is hard to isolate because everything on the mainland was so mixed for so long and there are ghost pops we can't even reconstruct. The southern dravidian stuff especially is a mix of the nigga stuff from the islands, iranian stuff, and other ghost lineages we will never know.
Also it isn't actually "nigga" in the SSA sense, they branched from that kind of nigga like 70K years ago. It's closer to melenesian, but thats another branch, it just shares basal ancestry, but the melenesians are ones that continued migrating East and later also merged with Denisovans |
