I really think that the Right has done a poor job developing a roster of talented people who aren't already established political names. I was hopeful that Elon, Thiel, etc. would have done a better job coming up with more outsiders with less baggage whose loyalty could be pretty certain, but that's something that'll have to change at the state party level in the next 10y, not something immediately fixable. |
