...btw, unrelated reminder that Dan Rather and his producer were both let go by CBS in 2004 when it came out that they had essentially manufactured a fraudulent fitness report in a blatant attempt to bring down Dubya in that POTUS election. (The report -- which Rather broke just weeks before the election and then pushed heavily, INSISTING that it was 100% authenticated -- was proven to be a total and obvious fraud created by a well-known "anti-Bush zealot" after it was discovered to have been produced with a version of MS Word that did not even exist at the supposed time the fraudulent document was dated.) |
