The no agenda breakdown is that neither country benefits from war, so lots of the talk is for a domestic audience. The aim here for the US is to build big ticket items like ships. You're not justifying that with Ukraine.
Unrelated take from them was Trump will use stable coin to print money and we'll probably get a crypto rider attached to a reconciliation bill. |
