Big client, and the practice group chair is on the team, so I need to look good. I'm up for breakfast again this year. I put off the memo because I've been busy, and my firm just got Claude to trial, so I thought I could wait until today to work on it.
I told Claude what the questions were, had it open up the firm's memo template, and draft a skeleton for a spreadsheet to track the cases and regs it's going to cite. It did a good job with that. Once I told it to start writing the memo and filling out the spreadsheet, it putzed around on westlaw for 5 minutes, then opened xo and started reading old threads. Every 30 minutes or so, it closes its xo tabs, but then it just immediately reopens xo. Help, I'm going to be in big trouble if I can't pull this memo together, and it's too late to do it the old fashioned way. |
