I have gout and metabolic dysfunction. Excess adiposity physically restricts my respiratory pathways causing snoring/poor sleep. Stress tolerance isn’t what it used to be. Actually, sometimes it really gets to me and makes me feel sick or explode with irritability. I think some of this is just being an older guy, husband, father, leader of a family, leader of employees, multimillionaire, homeowner, thought leader. I should exercise more and eat a cleaner diet though. |
