Maybe in Puerto Rico but that will be 100% Brown soon too. North America will be worse though will probably look more like Hispaniola with America all Black like Haiti and Canada a Brown-Black mix with like 2% European and speaking a European language like Dominican Republic. Mexico will just get even more Brown than ever probably dropping euro genes entirely.
