Don't bother trying to reason with the TC. I recognize his style, he's been banned at least twice already on the PSX boards, as he's so obnoxious that he even irritates the people he's trying to ingratiate himself with. He's a PSX fanboy with a blind hatred for the N64, and a lot of free time for typing drivel that he honestly seems to think makes sense. He always tries to sound intellectual, with no success at all, as his stupidity burns like a thousand suns.

For example, he actually claimed that you could tell someone's intellectual, spiritual, and emotional types by their choice of game console. And he went on at length to attempt to prove this, in a word salad that would have embarrassed an unintelligent but self aware eight year old. Another time, he went to great lengths to explain that playing a PSX game (Xenogear, I think) made him into a real life atheist.

Other people study the various aspects of real world religions; their texts, their claims, their actions, etc, and contrast that with the lack of any credible supporting evidence at all. But this person instead thinks you can arrive at such a monumental decision re: the existence or not of god or gods, by playing a fictional video game.

Then, inevitably, he went into his usual N64-bashing mode. He seems to be literally obsessed with putting the N64 down (and always in the form of a childish, fact-free diatribe), though I have no idea why. There are consoles I don't like, and I NEVER post on their forums. And if the TC was a functioning adult who simply didn't like the N64, then he wouldn't post about the N64, nor post on it's forums.

Maybe he always wanted an N64 when he was younger, and he never got one so became really jealous of those who had one. Or maybe the kids where he grew up mostly owned N64s, and they wouldn't play with him or associate with him, and he put this down to him not having had an N64, instead of him presumably being as obnoxious in real life as he is online, or something, I don't know.

Just ignore him. He'll get himself banned soon enough. And then he'll be back in a few days, with a new account., and no doubt feeling really clever because he's managed to log back onto a forum where no one wants him. It's sad, really.
