Mind you, this is a contract under Florida law, and the Florida SCOTUS has held in many cases that in a fee dispute, there can only be one prevailing party. So these retars wrote a mem dispo that didn't mention any of that controlling authority, but just said "in equity you both won."
It'll still be $8M to us, but it should have been $12 or so. |
