No. It’s not so simple. You need to put in insane hours at the bottom doing nothing satisfying. Most people who go to law school don’t actually become successful lawyers. I have a big family of lawyers. Most are just in debt, burnt out from working as paper pushers at the bottom and can’t open a successful practice. The one who is really successful is on call 24/7 for very serious cases. He is probably the type of lawyer you dream of being but most don’t end up like him.
