I’ve lost more money in the last six weeks than I make in a year. It’s like the tides gone out and I’m left alone on the sand without any trunks (doesn’t really matter though because my gut hangs over covering me up pretty good, and then there’s the fupa, but others can maybe see the discoloration at the top of my thighs. They call it intertrigo.

Purchase undervalued products for x on secondary/specialized markets then resell for y, such that: y > x, y ~ actual market value, & (y-x) >> incurred transaction costs.

Transacting services are similar and left as an exercise to the reader.

In this global economy where even language barriers can be overcome with ease, there exists many niches for the enterprising opportunist to exploit for personal profit.

I thought everyone here was highly intelligent, wealthy, and preftigious?

How about... purchase undervalued art at auction & resell to private buyers for a premium?

Doesn't auction imply the actual value of a product? If even 2 resellers attend one, they should approach the asymptote of true price

Valuations of objectively rare collectibles don't function like publicly-traded equities.

If there are five or ten of something in the world (outside of museums), then its value, whether at public auction or in private sale, is determined by demand -- and, more importantly, by the financial capacity of those who demand it. And demand can increase significantly based on market trends, new publications, press coverage, &c.

This differs from high-demand, high-supply "rarities," such as a Mantle rookie card, Detective Comics #1, or a 1895 Morgan dollar, which have sufficient volume & pricing coverage to sell in a much tighter range. But even with these, quality matters. There are still opportunities to cherry-pick a superior example at a standard price that will sell for a premium to a specialist.

You must be confusing us with 2006 xo. 2026 XO is a very bimodal distribution of a few partners and shitlaw kings along with a bunch of Bucees staff such as myself.

Also gov contracting fraud is a good grift in general, but comes with a meaningful chance of federal prison time.
