Purchase undervalued products for x on secondary/specialized markets then resell for y, such that: y > x, y ~ actual market value, & (y-x) >> incurred transaction costs.
Transacting services are similar and left as an exercise to the reader.

Valuations of objectively rare collectibles don't function like publicly-traded equities.
If there are five or ten of something in the world (outside of museums), then its value, whether at public auction or in private sale, is determined by demand -- and, more importantly, by the financial capacity of those who demand it. And demand can increase significantly based on market trends, new publications, press coverage, &c.
This differs from high-demand, high-supply "rarities," such as a Mantle rookie card, Detective Comics #1, or a 1895 Morgan dollar, which have sufficient volume & pricing coverage to sell in a much tighter range. But even with these, quality matters. There are still opportunities to cherry-pick a superior example at a standard price that will sell for a premium to a specialist.
