Had a cardiac event because I ate too many giant gas station pickles

I had two spicy and one regular. I also drank the pickle juice of one of the spicy ones. This is probably like 10,000mg of sodium at least
This is pretty terrible for your blood pressure and it fucks up your BP meds, so it sparked a hypertensive crisis and I had to go to the urgent care
Usually this doesn't happen but pretty often, usually it just gives me explosive uncontrollable diarrhea as the sodium causes you to mass dump water from your asshole
anyway, i'm still gonna picklemaxx they're really good |
