I have a different entree every day, even if it's unhealthy like a burger and fries, but always have my daily health foods with it which I change only once a week. The health food mix is low calorie and nutrient dense, so basically
-meat: salmon/tuna/chicken
-veggies: collard greens/spinach/broccoli and carrots
-fruit: banana/pineapple/kiwi and berries
-legumes: mixed nuts, change the variety each week
sometimes I just eat this 2 hours before/after the dinner entree if it's not convenient (like if I'm going to a restaurant)
I can feel the autophagy
