Not particularly accurate in terms of the actual number but you can use them to track progress, if it says you've dropped body fat it's prob true

GFNLHMA and I stopped drinking entirely. Previously, I was not drinking much (2-4 drinks once a week). I did have an Italian hoagie at work a couple weeks ago. I ballooned up five pounds the next day. No bread for me. I do enjoy some NA beers on occasion. I like the gluten free athletic although I don’t think the gluten matters one way or the other.
