this kind of astronomy YouTube slop is such trash. astronomy/cosmology/astrophysics/etc. is such a flimsy science that it can't give a rigorous prediction of what the universe will look like more than a few billion years from now. anything beyond that is mostly pure speculation.

On cosmological timescales, a few billion years is nothing when discussing the fate of the universe. The only dependable prediction for the next few billion years is "nothing will really change." Virtually everything outside of that is wild speculation dressed up as peer-reviewed science.
