I'm giving an old laptop to a friend and putting windows on it, and here's what happened:
1. The Acrobat installer spent 5 minutes downloading the install files on my fast af Internet. File size appears to >1gb
2. Installation took about 40 goddamn minutes and this isn't a slow computer. Furthermore I was never prompted to accept or decline anything. Two clicks --> installer does it's thing.
3. The goddamn thing installed not one but TWO startup apps that you cannot uninstall. One is called Adobe Express and I think it wanted to see pics.
4. Fortunately you can disable autostart in Task Manager, but how many people know how to do that? <1% of users know I'm even saying. They're just stuck with these TWO startup apps jacking their photos
