He said when he was a dork in high school, he wanted it, but as he grew more confident around women, his desire for affirmation decreased. It seems like most players have this "don't give a fuck" mindset that allows them to be free from a lot of the limiting beliefs that guys have. One of my biggest goals for the upcoming year is to no longer seek validation from women. It's a really difficult thing to accomplish, but I think my game will increase enormously if I can.
