The problem is many American proles are used to New York style pizza. If you watch people like Dave Portnoy, their platonic idea of pizza is New York or New Haven style. Because they have so many superior cheese options, it would never occur to europeans to use shit-tier processed block mozzarella cheese like these pizzerias do. |
