An hour later, she posted a publicly available Instagram story from a beach, holding a cocktail with the caption, “Self-care is key.”
When I brought it up to HR, they said, “Mental health is valid.” Meanwhile, I rang up every customer alone, wondering if Trina’s margarita tasted like fraud.
Closed up, stared at her vacation photos, and whispered, “Yes, friend. This is fine.” |
