Absurd as it is to consider, we saw much of this during his first term especially on Twitter Saw many instances during 2016-2020 where enough noise from supporters or detractors actually caused him to change opinions or have his press people release statements regarding this or that topic of contention. Also this is a democracy fwiw and CIA 5GW actually appears to be the rule of the day so the internet discourse and mass opinion formation actually do end up mattering especially when so many people in the administration are constantly gauging and monitoring public opinion and making adjustments accordingly |
