I saw this and I had to look up what happened to 19 year-old Kenneka Jenkins.

Kenneka went to attend a party in a hotel room at a Crowne Plaza hotel near Chicago on the evening of Sept 8, 2017, and was found dead in the hotel’s walk-in freezer the next day.

The cause of death was determined to be hypothermia — there was no evidence of trauma or foul play. She had a blood alcohol level of 0.112%, as well as the epilepsy drug topiramate in her system and it appears she had become heavily intoxicated, somehow stumbled into the freezer, passed out and froze to death.

The credit card used to book the hotel room for the party Kenneka was attending was fraudulent and connected to identity theft, and the people who were hosting the party were members of a Chicago gang. And the walk-in freezer where Kenneka died did not lock and was equipped with a working safety latch that assured it could be opened from the inside so no one could be stuck inside it.

However, her family sued the hotel for $50 million arguing that the hotel was negligent in not locking the kitchen area to keep drunks from staggering into it, and the hotel settled for $10 million. After her family got that payday, they installed the custom gravestone in the picture last year, on what would have been Kenneka’s 27th birthday.

To put a face to the issue, let’s inspect the case of Chicagoan Ken’neka Jenkins. Ken’neka suffered a terrible tragedy while staying in town for a for a math tournament.

Jk, she stole someone’s credit card and used it to buy Hennessy and trash a hotel room. While she was at the hotel she decided to do a little exploring. After wandering into a restricted area she found her way into the industrial walk in freezer.

She was never seen alive again, her frozen body was found the next morning.

Now, to absolutely nobody’s surprise, the investigation revealed that the inside latch on the freezer was working perfectly, a latch that is required by law not to have the ability to lock.

Ken’nekas mother, wisely sensing that wypipo were responsible, wasted no time in springing to action. Enlisting the help of Jewish lawyer Geoffrey Fieger to bring vengeance upon the people who used evil colonial magic to make the food room so damn cold, and white tricknology (door handles) to trap helpless niggas inside.

Together, they settled with the hotel for 10 million dollars. Below is Ken’nekas ‘well seasoned’ tombstone. Carry yourself with pride, for if you’ve ever stayed in a hotel, you helped pay for it.

Now this would just be a silly little story if it didn’t constitute a meaningful percentage of all the capital flow in the country. Lawsuits comprise 2.15% of GDP, the entire military budget is 3.1%.

To put it into context, a single billboard on a major highway can cost upwards of $15,000 a month. Now realize that in most of the country you can’t make it 500 feet without a Goldstein and Associates promising to make you rich. That’s all paid for by you. Built into every product you buy. A second military budget that you didn’t vote for.

The fact that America is still running as well as it does despite being more parasite than person is honestly totally insane. I can’t imagine what this country would be capable of if it even fucking tried.
