Date: September 22nd, 2026 1:38 PM Author: jstor addict No op is actually onto something. I was JUCO—> mid/low DI baseball. All the baseball dudes were chill knowing if we’re lucky one or 2 will get drafted then flame out in Single A and a few more might sign with Indy leagues.
The soccer team there walked around like they were absolute champions. However to their justification my school didn’t have football so in the fall they packed the stands. Baseball got maybe 100 at a game while soccer got 1000. Our coach would make us go.
Still though a lot more arrogance for what they accomplished. I think they won 3 games my senior year or something. I can see somewhere like Cal this being a bigger deal bc it’s a big school but it’s like that down the line. “Lacrosse” is another one with an inflated sense of accomplishment. |
