Yes, though I need to increase this. I used to go to the gym 2x/week and last went a month ago. Work schedule + toddler have basically fucked this recently. I do walk a ton (consistently get 10k+ steps in daily). I'm also trying to get a home workout schedule going. |

I admit that I don't make sure I've rested and done proper breathing and all that before testing. I'm not on prescription meds and really don't want to be so a rough ballpark is fine. |
