And they ALWAYS side with the hotels and the "terms and conditions" they dont care what the hotel or airline does. One airline in Indo cancelled my flight rebooked me for 24h later and I cancelled and got written confirmation they refunded but Agoda still not credited my CC, claiming their chink third party ticket seller hasnt refunded them yet.
