i know a lot of people will say election fraud but give me stuff other than that.
roe v wade?
people buying into the media hysteria about trump being a dictator?
kamala is a lightweight, has shit favorability ratings as VP, doesn't seem to have run a well run campaign, wasn't picked by the people and in fact was rejected by them when she tried to run in the primaries. it's crazy that it's even close and shows that people just vote down party lines for the most part.

he's a perenniel minority candidate, he just got lucky first time cause he was running against a totally unlikable nepotism bitch HRC
hes done little to widen his base, he behaves the same. ppl who hated him before will hate him now. he's the most polarizing person in the history of US politics. imagine if the GOP had run a traditional candidate like that GORGEOUS TALL VA GOV, he'd prob be up by 5. Likewise last election prob wld have won with a normal guy
Its not a mystery. And I'm not even getting to how Trump is a retard with no organization skills, with no attention span. Winning an extra .5% is huge and u do that from ground game and he doesnt care, he'd rather talk to Joe Rogan for 3h and do stupid rallies bitching abt how he's a victim

Sloppiness
1) As long as Trump was running against Biden, he was extremely on message and disciplined (at least by his standards)
Kamala is a disaster of a candidate but it threw him and the rest of the campaign for a loop.
2) Ground Game: All the articles I've read about it are ofc lib media 'haha drumpf dumb musk bad' articles but AFAIK nobody's actually refuted the facts as reported, and they seem pretty bad.

biden was a fundamentally shitty candidate cause of his age, likewise HRS was a shitty candidate
biden the first time and kamala this time are not that shitty
trump can only win against super shitty candidates, its not abt him, its abt whether the dem is super shitty

she's def more likable than hrc, but hrc was a terminator unit in a double-x chromosome suit
i can't imagine anyone saying with a straight face that harris is more qualified/capable of being potus
even most reptiles wouldn't dispute that hrc would have been capable/competent as potus, it was that she would have been capable at being unspeakably evil

It's literally because women are PISSED about Roe being overturned.
Any other explanation is mental gymnastics at its absolute worst.
For obvious reasons, I don't trust MSM, but they have been 100% correct on one point: when voters are polled, Trump is trusted more on the economy and immigration and Kamala is trusted more on abortion and "preserving democracy".
"Preserving democracy" becomes an abstract concept when faced with real issues that affect voters everyday lives.
90%+ of the time, "it's the economy, stupid!" is the mantra of presidential elections and determines who wins. What trumps that? Bodily autonomy.
If Trump loses, it is because angry women turned out to vote against him.

He hasn’t done anything in the last week to sell it as mentioned above. The media may have been able to forcememe enough “momentum” back for Kamala.
Also, the press jumping on Tony’s joke and Liz Cheney is a bad reminder of Trump’s first presidency where he would say random shit every week and there’d be a huge pointless controversy. That’s 100% going to happen again for 4 years if he wins. Of course Kamala sounds like a retard as well but the media mostly keeps her gaffes out of the public conscious.
Economy, while not good, isn’t disastrously bad yet. People can still buy enough goyslop to remain mostly content.

Trump thought he had this in the bag, lost focus and discipline, and played right into Kamala’s closing strategy.
It was clear in mid-October that Dem enthusiasm was down and Trump was likely heading to victory. He was polling at his best and initial EV data looked great. McDonald’s was the high point.
Kamala realized to have any shot she needed to focus on voters who would definitely turn out: college educated voters and Republicans (especially women). As she pivoted to the orange man bad message, Trump’s did several things to confirm his presidency will be as chaotic as last time. While the media blew everything out of proportion, he easily could have prevented this just by sticking to his message and avoiding controversy.

He also lost the debate fairly convincingly to a woman whom he spent weeks denigrating as too stupid to change a light bulb but then ran circles around him on the issues
The election was over on debate night. All of the Liz Cheney, Kill Tony stuff was just background noise.

trump is a powerful but polarizing cult leader
he's charismatic and hilarious and has good mob-boss instincts, but he's also thin-skinned, lacks discipline, and his carnival showman style will always be off-putting to a lot of people

Why ignore election fraud?
There are 500,000 non-citizen residents in Michigan and apparently there's absolutely no way to determine what percentage of them are deciding to vote.
Michigan was decided by 10k votes in 2016. Is it conceivable that at least 2% of non-citizens are voting?

Most of the reasons are already given, like abortion. I'll just emphasize that women really don't like Trump. He's loud, boorish, vulgar, a long history of speaking offensively about women, with none of the charms allowing women to overlook it (see Clinton, or the strange silence around Harris' husband). Yes, hypocritical, but that's women for you.
And while I'm a conservative, I also don't like Trump for the same reasons. He's not a gentleman. I don't romanticize the notions of gentlemen in this day and age, but Trump's lack of self-control and the way he plays games with prole America - a complex relationship of both loving them and taking advantage of them, still bothers me as manipulative and not very decent. Am also aware Democrats play similar games with some of their demographics, ramping up hysterical fears beyond rationality, but they still treat those demographics with more respect and dare I say equity than Trump does with his supporters. And I think that's why many centrist educated voters are holding their noses and voting for the dimwit barbie Harris.
Another factor to consider is that Project2025, however ridiculous it is and the Trump campaign's firm rejection of it, really drives fear among the Democratic leaning and even independent voters. Many voters may have concerns about government excesses but when push comes to shove, they'd rather tomorrow be the same as today than unpredictable and radical change (never mind that hardly anything changed when T was president, but Project2025 is what they remember from this year).
Snobbery definitely plays a role in voting this year. The same voters concerned about the unhealthy relationship between Trump and his supporters are also the same voters aghast at prole America and Trump's core supporters are so unbelievably prole. It's not fair as most are decent people living law abiding lives and they justly feel despised by the Democrats and the establishment and it's also not right. But then you see Marjorie Taylor Green and others of that ilk, who are insane. The Trump rallies are insane. The Trump convention and MSG were staggeringly vulgar. It makes it harder for people who'd feel comfortable with 1950s style Republicanism to feel like they can coexist in the same party. Trump worsens it by declaring war on GOP politicians who don't come out openly to support him, I hated the way he treated DeSantis, for example, or Haley. Refusing to debate with them in the primaries was childish. And only refuels the snobbish suspicion many have of the Trump GOP these days, a vulgar populist king and his army of crass supporters running amok over everything that is nice and pleasant.
Having said all the above, I'm still voting for Orange Man Bad because the Democrats have gone so crazy that they are legitimately the greater risk to American liberties than anything Trump has done.

Two points on this -
1. Trump has basically insulted everyone for 10 years, had a chaotic presidency, and much of the electorate despites him. It wasn't such a big deal when Biden was running, but there's a large population who wanted to vote for anyone other than Biden and Trump - and Kamala gives them that opportunity.
2. The polls are all complete bullshit at this point. Like 1 in 60 people are answering the call and its probably like 1 in 200 Trump votes - so these "polls" are just basing their results on a ton of assumptions. Those assumptions favored Trum in 2016 and 2020, but its possible that people these polls think that these 1 ot of 200 people represent X population bt its really Y, then the polls can go haywire really fucking fast.
