I had an issue a couple weeks ago that some guy with a Spanish accent helped me with very capably (pretty sure they’re owned by a s American conglomerate). Yesterday i ported my old phone number to my new line but I messed something up and had a massive problem and thought I was fucked and would be without phone service or the number I’ve had for decades going forward but the guy patiently walked me thru everything on the phone for an hour and solved every single problem I had. He had an accent but was 100% comprehensible throughout. It felt incredible to know this exists but were deprived of it, mostly bc of jeets.
