the rest is just culinary chicanery. scrambled eggs don't need globs of butter, creme fraiche, or chives. Just cook them on a finely-controlled heat source, ideally in a nonstick skillet. I personally use bacon grease or a little clarified butter, but literally nothing else except salt, pepper, and a couple splashes of hot sauce. |
