Many have tried to implement policies to increase babby but it never works. The core issue no one can discuss is if you give these whores easy access to BC pills then they wont have enough babbys.
Historically most babbies were accidents, BC pill aborts all those accident babbies thereby causing well under replacement level babby rates.
Of course you cannot discuss this, let alone say BC pills should be restricted to bitches who have had at least 2 kids.
