3200 or bigger

3000-3150 is striver just reaching for that leading 3 like a 5'11" mo straining upward at his annual physical.

3k sqft you start thinking wtf did you buy this unless you have 4-5 kids. 2500 is fine. anything in the teens is small.

10,000 sq ft. Mine is 8600, but that includes 4000 sq ft of unfinished basement.

Even if finished, basement shouldn't be included in SF.

You have a 4600 SF house.

lol @ proles itt thinking ~3k is big.

we've got a 2800 4/3 and it's way the fuck too small. (and we just moved from a 1500 3/2.) wife and i both work in the same br for our home office. with a 3rd kid, each kid doent even get a bedroom anymore. and no guest room.

i wish we had 6-7 bedrooms.

Meaningless question without location. A "big" house in LA is different from a "big" house in Atlanta or Indianapolis or wherever.

this is beyond dumb. a family of 4-5 in LA knows their 1700 SF house is objectively small and wants to move to austin or whatever even if their 1700 SF house is average or even "big" for LA
