The melodies and songwriting overall aren't great. There is no chance I could ever remember this song in the future. It could never stick. Also Courtney's voice is annoying and I would never voluntarily listen to this again.
That being said the production is awesome. The guitar riff sounds huge as do the drums. I'm guessing this was done at Sound City? It sounds like it could have been tracked by the same people in the same place the minute they were done with Nevermind. It's got all the Nirvana hallmarks it's just worse. 4/10 |
