The screen glowed cold, a headline stark and grim,
"Tesla Setback," the words swam before him.
A sinking ship? His Tesla, sleek and bright?
No, surely not, this can't be right!
He scrolled and read of leaders gone astray,
Of falling sales and a dwindling day.
Of BYD rising, a challenge unforeseen,
A world where Tesla wasn’t always keen.
His fingers tightened on his key fob's gleam,
A loyal soldier, living the electric dream.
"No innovation?" the article did claim?
He'd counter that with Supercharger's fame!
But doubt crept in, a whisper in his ear,
A slowdown noted, a growing sense of fear.
The Optimus robot, the Cybercab's bold stride,
Were these distractions, while others passed them by?
He clung to hope, to visions yet untold,
Of solar power, a future brave and bold.
“It’s a pivot!” he declared with fervent plea,
“They’re building more than just a car, you see!”
Yet in his heart, a tiny crack appeared,
A worried fan, authentically smeared
With loyalty and a growing, quiet dread –
Could Tesla truly rise above, instead?
