you use it during a cutting cycle and then stop once you've hit your target weight, let your body adjust, do it again if necessary, etc
idk maybe there's some reason why you can't do that |

Have run into a bunch of people who have had emergency gall bladder surgery in the past year. Once it is out you really lose weight because you can't digest fats, permanently.
