However maybe he didn't cum inside her or maybe she didn't cum or maybe he only fingered her while his cock was in her mouth or whatever element was missing so the PD got a deal with the pros who didn't have an airtight rape case so they settled on attempted rape. Big win for the PD who zealously advocated for his client, and look what happened. And this happens all the time. It's what thousands of PDs and private bar crim defbros work full time in pursuit of.
