It seems that there are two schools of thought on this issue, both with their own risks. You could pursue the Fleshlight strategy and create a James Bond level second identity while traveling to the other side of the country. But, aside from the difficulties involved, if the girl still manages to find out you're married, it seems like she could blow up on you, with unpredictable consequences.
