If I moved out of the urban hellscape to a nice lot in the suburbs, in addition to getting a grill, I would perfect my technique of smoking meats. I would maybe do something with security cameras and personal defense too - even though if you're in a nice suburb with small lots idk how urgent this is. if you have a garage with a parked car in it i would think about tools and stuff for that.

Also figuring out home stereo stuff, eg 2 channel stereo + speakers placed well so you can sit in between them
