dog if you don't like what i'm saying that's fine but you can't just sacrificially localize it
whether or not cons want to believe it our moral issues in this country are directly linked to the structure and techniques of the present economy. my point wrt this, and it continues to be salient, is that we are going to get Actual Marxism and the left will continue to get more economically radical if the tree of Good Economics isn't periodically watered with the blood of rounding errors in billionaire accounts. the cat's out of the bag wrt globalism, the internet lets people compare models, figures, and markers of quality of life vs other countries and see for themselves in chart to chart comparisons what's working for people and what isn't
i do not want marxists in the democratic party. i agree with marx on a couple of points but marxism is generally a disease-like reaction to mismanagement of the political body. and what i've proffered in the past, just ideas, not gospel on the topic, is about a tenth as radical as what four term president FDR put out as law. simple things to change public opinion. they're not scary to anyone. i am so sick of hearing the stuff i hear from working class people about grinding up their bodies day in and day out for pittances, depriving their homes of family and life, engendering every other issue cons complain about day in and day out without actually considering the perspectives involved
We can have the Greatest Moloch Machine economic inferno in human history or we can have stable families, good quality of life for the many, and a revival of religious belief simply by taking a portion of time---it doesn't even have to be money directly---from the endless profit pushers and giving it back to the people. This is not radical. This is what most people who aren't ultra-elite on the con side *actually* want, whether or not they know it
