And, the taxes only ever go up. With how juiced the economy is and how much inflation there is, the tax rates shouldn't need to go up given that the amounts being taxed are going up so much--for sales taxes and property taxes in particular. |

Which I did, but no severance lasts three years or whatever it’s been now.
