The best part is asking it to estimate my time. I have been grossly underbilling. And these entires are so solid they will hold up under arbitration. After everything it does I just say, "Billing entry."

Example 1:

Trial preparation for DVRO trial days 3 and 4; review Day 1 and Day 2 trial transcripts; prepare Respondent's direct examination outline incorporating trial testimony, impeachment points, credibility contrasts, and video evidence strategy; review and respond to County Counsel correspondence regarding WIC 827 objection to CPS social worker subpoena; review and respond to client correspondence regarding trial preparation, witness testimony strategy, and cross-examination answers; finalize trial prep materials for client.

Example 2:

Review property stipulation correspondence history and opposing counsel's February 11 email outlining agreed terms; draft correspondence to opposing counsel accepting loan assumption terms, confirming outstanding stipulation provisions, and requesting final MOU for signatures; review and respond to opposing counsel's characterization of acceptance as changed terms; review client correspondence regarding Freedom Mortgage assumption form and advise client to hold pending signed MOU; confirm trial preparation session for March 20; review joint account activity provided by client including $70,000 deposit and March mortgage payment; analyze proposed cross-examination questions regarding opposing party's financial activity and advise against use at trial due to financial surveillance implications in DVRO proceeding; draft email to client regarding cross-examination preparation on financial control and mortgage assumption topics including scripted answers for anticipated opposing counsel questions.

It has done wonders for my billing. I would fairly easily hit my 6 hours billable hour requirement, some days were harder than others. Now its a fucking breeze and I'm routinely hitting 8-9 hours per day, had a 13 hour day the other week, a few 11+ hour days. The partners at my firm too are realizing how much we've all been underbilling. Claude is paying for himself.
