Judges typically don't allow fishing expeditions. Cops wouldn't get access to a massive amount of data over a long time span to pull an AI regression. Now if they suspected it was a drug dealer and tested their mail for substances that would be different. You can probably create a suspect profile from Flock data. But you need probable cause to make an arrest.
Pulling a guy over because he goes to Michigan seems inadmissible even if the cop detects the odor of weed. That would be fruit of the poison tree. You have to have more probable cause to make a traffic stop imo. |
