we settled and my kid will get $700k when he turns 22.
After the case settled, my son required surgery to fix his eyes (he was made cross eyed from the trauma) which cured it, but he will not need surgery from his skull fracture.
he is significantly behind his twin brother in development. i think he's on pace for the autism spectrum, he will inherit my xo account

Are you going to answer the obvious questions or will you continue behaving like a coy teenage girl?
1) Are you collecting from her or from her insurance?
2) Has this alienated your extended family?
3) Do you truly feel it is morally correct to sue a family member (assuming there wasn't collusion and an insurance scam, which it surely was) over an accident when you were the one that bore responsiblity (don't let drunk women snatch your kid)?

1. Insurance, she has never had a job.
2. No, they don’t like her. She’s an alcoholic who cheated on her husband in public and then he committed suicide when he found out.
3. 100%, the bassinet was the kids sleeping spot. There was no reason to take a child out.
