I do marketing on local news and cochaired a PI atty retreat and do state bar stuff but I haven’t gotten around to changing that. I’ve also had a couple of appellate wins in the last year as well. Does that help? I like that dumb haunted house case because I actually got around a charitable immunity defense and made money on it. Which was a nice little exercise of legal skill. Also settling a few multimillion dollar cases. |

I mean he practices to the extent he evaluates cases and takes stuff in but the sense I get is that he doesn’t actually work on cases at this point. He knows who to hire and who to outsource trial to and that’s great but not the skill set I had in mind.
I could be wrong and there could be a lot more of us top flight guys practicing law and posting here than I am aware of but that’s what comes to mind. The OPniwnasking for other suggestions not saying “hey here’s my list.” |
