DOJ Civil is a real job. Not as bad as biglaw hourswise, but you'll actually be working.

Defending post office employees in car wreck cases. Better version of insurance defense with more limited upside salary.

I was thinking of Federal Programs Branch or Commercial Litigation Branch (National Courts Section, Fraud Section, etc.).

i know a bunch of state AGs. it's a pretty busy and difficult job depending on area, but they're paid better than most state attorneys and they have great exit options because they get so much real litigation experience. but it's a highly variable gig by division, anything from open records slaves to defending cops to environmental appeals attorneys. choose your division wisely.

Looks like DOJ Civil is seeking "Many" trial attorneys for these branches.

The former will be litigating against states that allow trannies to play girls' sports.

The latter will be using the False Claims Act to litigate against universities that discriminate against Whites via DEI.
