Being bitched at on like 20 fronts at work. I get no support. The people who work for me just ignore me and do nothing and/or they are completely incompetent and just don’t care. This is all my problem of course and I am constantly caught between “training” complete shit-fucks who will still fuck everything up and trying to do everything myself. No profits are shared with me. My compensation is based solely on my own profitability and I get laughed at and put out in the rain. I also have other people come and use my people on the basis that they are under-utilized, but this isn’t the case, the real issue is they’re not getting their work done but that’s my problem to deal with. It’s amazing. Also my wife invited all of these fucking people and kids over. I am losing my goddamn mind. I cannot stand to be around people right now. You people wonder what is wrong with me. The well is fucking dry. It’s dry. But I’ve got 1,000 angry customers, water dippers in hand, looking to scoop out my insides for whatever’s left. |
