Contemporary reports about this disease are horrendous. The total number killed is only a few thousand here or there, but these birdshits were extrapolating to draw all kinds of stupid conclusions, just like now.
Of course no one today has any idea what the fuck was killing these English people. When's the last time you heard of a disease that only affects England? The anthrax hypothesis seems the most plausible to me because the sheep would have been living in absolute filth back then |
