Turns out I was never grinding my teeth at all. Just normal chewing caused my molar to get dinged at a sensitive angle. It took 30 seconds to fix. I could feel the difference 2 seconds after he did it. |

I couldn't eat, and the pain made it difficult to even sleep. I went in for an emergency root canal and the pain was gone within an hour. It was a great feeling and a huge relief. I had to get evaluated by an endodontist who looked at me for 3 minutes and said "your nerve is fine, go tell your dentist to adjust your bite." He said he would reach out my dentist as well.
