It's shit like yogurt and cottage cheese. There's yogurts out there with astonishing macros. Zero fat and zero sugar, lots of protein. And somehow the texture and taste of this stuff isn't complete garbage. It's creamy and sweet.
Read the ingredients label and it's got allulose, citrus fiber, guar gum, stevia leaf extract...
And that, somehow, is one of the better yogurts because tons of the rest are loaded with sugar.
Junk food being garbage shouldn't be much of a surprise. The insidious thing is that "healthy" foods are often fucking garbage too |
