Ukraine needs to export around 67 million tons of agricultural produce. If the seaports remain under Russian blockade, export capacity could shrink to 1.7 million tons.
Who controls the Black Sea? The Russian Navy.

The U.S. Navy destroyer "Benfold" was without power for four days in the South China Sea due to a generator malfunction, CNN reports.
Approximately 300 crew members were without access to toilets, air conditioning, the galley, and the water supply during the intense heat. Throughout this time, the ship drifted, unable to move, until tugboats transported it to Subic Bay in the Philippines. Full power was not restored until six days later.
Food for the crew was delivered from another ship in the carrier strike group.
The article also notes that the "Benfold" often operates as part of the "George Washington" carrier strike group, which is currently heading to the Middle East.
